Through gentle exploration, we will identify areas of your life which will be improved with simple mind and body relaxation techniques and simple easy to implement lifestyle adjustments to accelerate your fat loss and improve your health and wellbeing.
Step 3
Exercise is important, but doing the right kind of exercise to burn fat and balance hormones is crucial.
I will work with you in person and guide you through a bespoke simple yet highly effective weekly exercise programme for 6 weeks tailored to your lifestyle without the need for gyms, or fancy equipment. Follow this just 3 times a week to fire up your fat burning furness, increase your fitness, sculpt your body and strengthen your mind.
